We are delighted to announce the launch of our extraordinary new range of Cornish whisky inspired by the four natural elements — Air, Earth, Fire and Water. You can buy these either online, or taste and buy them at the Truro Christmas market. 

As our both our business and family have deep Cornish roots, we decided to name our whiskies in Cornish, blending heritage and craftsmanship, whilst also giving a deep sense of place into every sip. Introducing: Ayra, Gweres, Kowelleski, and Dowr — the Elemental Cornish Whisky Collection.

A True Cornish Whisky Story

Every bottle of Rosemullion Whisky is made on site at our little Helford distillery, in small batches by a member of our family or team using the finest peated malt barley, Cornish rainwater, and premium American oak casks for maturation.

The result is a beautifully balanced range of whiskies that harmonise smoke, oak, and soft sweetness — a true reflection of Cornwall’s rugged coast and refined craftsmanship.
