This is produced on site in Cornwall using molasses and Cornish rainwater. These are fermented and distilled in our own little bit of Cornwall, then using a little bit of Cornish magic – it is aged to give it its warm flavour.
The Spiced Rum follows the same process, but we add another dimensions using specially selected spices.
