Flavour Profile
- A beautiful and appetising combination between savoury and saline notes and sweet candied citrus supported by vegetal, green notes and spices. Great balance between sweeter fruity notes, warm alcohol and cooling, dry Juniper. The alcohol is beautifully integrated and it is a fantastically balanced and unique expression with plenty to offer. About SEAFARER’S GIN – Award winning Premium Fresh Coastal Gin
Inspired by the salty air and stormy seas that crash against the coastline of Cornwall. Made using a blend of botanicals & seaweeds found along the coast. Seafarer’s Gin is a full-bodied with a distinctive character, from the nose there’s hints of seaweed, samphire with salty, peppery back notes. This is balanced with juniper, liquorice, sweet fruity citrus and a classic base of coriander seeds, orris root and angelica root. The alcohol is beautifully integrated, and it is a fantastically balanced and unique expression with plenty to offer. It has a long, complex maritime finish.
Intent on cultivating a chic and characterful range of Rosemullion gins the current roll call includes three Classic Gins -London Dry Gin, Seafarers and Navy Gin’s , all great for making classic gins including Gin Martini’s, Dirty Martini’s , French 75 etc… and two fruit gins that are still Juniper forward the Harvest Gin, Summer Gin alongside the Dry Gin – are all gold award winners at the Sip Awards 2021- . The Navy Gin has our highest ranking award from IWSC, scoring 98/100. Our gins use traditional recipes with the finest local botanical ingredients.
