Our new Cornish gin captures the essence of coastal air
Rosemullion launch a new coastal-inspired gin. Using foraged ingredients from the Cornish coastline to give that great coastal air aroma and flavour to the gin.
Flavoured by locally-sourced samphire and three types of Cornish seaweed. Our Seafarer’s Gin is now available to purchase online and in select stores across the south west of England.
At 43% ABV, it is distilled in 200 bottle batches in a copper still. Using a dozen carefully selected botanicals, including juniper, orange, orris, angelica root, cassia, lemon, and liquorice.
Those who are lucky enough to live in Cornwall, or have visited our beautiful coastline, will know what it’s like to walk along the beach or the coast path, taking in the refreshing sea air, and feeling the salty spray as the waves crash against the coastline.sing
We’ve tried to encapsulate that feeling in our Seafarer’s Gin, so that our customers can experience a small piece of the Cornish coastline at home.

Flavour Profile
- A beautiful and appetising combination between savoury and saline notes and sweet candied citrus supported by vegetal, green notes and spices. Great balance between sweeter fruity notes, warm alcohol and cooling, dry Juniper. The alcohol is beautifully integrated and it is a fantastically balanced and unique expression with plenty to offer.
